I don't know much about the area but I don't think north Bronx has much to worry aboutThe people in the South Bronx are learning that the hard way. The problem is for my fellow Yard man, anywhere north of Gun Hill Road looks like they doing massive reconstruction on White Plains Road, building new side walks and all. South BX may be done for, but the northeast BX still has a chance of ownership.
