@tremonthustler1 told me the Mitchell goons will keep the hipsters away Yo @Malta I think tremont has more faith in South Bronx goons than he has in Ricky Rubio.
The Bronx by and large doesn't have great transit. You can get to Manhattan but that never changed. You just can't go across unless you know the bus routes.
And like I've always said, gentrification is not the problem. Displacement is. The stores that pop up don't displace residents. Nobody's tearing down houses to make chain stores. They're replacing what was already there (in some cases those were stores that had no real use to anyone anymore, those hood stores that sold beepers, fake jewelry, sneakers and hats all in one). Having nicer shyt is fine. Just cuz I don't like displacement doesn't mean I enjoy the piece of shyt some spots are.
The BX can't fully gentrify. It's not physically possible.
I've heard the north Bronx is heavy Jamaican and mi Bredda dem wild thoThese cacs not trying to hang in the bronx tho..unless its little italy or something...
12/15/40/42/41 bus...thats really all they need...
The jamacians got uptown on lock...but if we talking fordham area and lower, its fair game...
I read an article about them being in parts of highbridge...
These cacs love their cardio...they will troop it with no issue to a train station no matter how many hills there are..

Why ? It's too gully? Ifs it's some shyt area that is worth nothing, then it will be taken over. If the people don't own it or let the area go being hood, then why wouldn't be over? The day cacs try to take over River Park Towers is when it's all over
