hipsters are gonna fukk up the graff game in the bronx like they are doing in brooklyn. all that street art hipster bullshyt is gonna start appearing in the bronx smh. the bronx was the last borough of writers who were it in for the vandalism, not to get into some gallery or show. half the writers you see in queens and brooklyn are too scared to even step foot in the bronx.

what the hell are you talking about? i was just pointing out hipsters are gonna fukk up the graff scene in the bronx. so many young black and hispanics in the bronx are putting in alot of work and destroying alot of property, yet they are getting outshined by some hipster street artists in brooklyn that doesnt have half the ups they do. obviously people losing their homes is much worse than losing the graff scene, but the people moving in and forcing long time residents out are the same people fukking up the graff scene. how many writers from brooklyn and queens do you see consistenly hitting the bronx? map and trap are the only ones i can think of. zexoh comes through and does his thing, ja comes through and does his thing, the r2b clowns came through and did their thing. we are losing the bronx and you think street artists hipsters coming in and taking over is okay smh.

Take a ride on the J train in BK and take a ride on the 4 train in the BX. do you really want the 4 line looking like that?

I've been thinking a correction would occur for a minute now, but so much real estate is tied to foreign investment. Now for some cities the bubble will burst if a downturn occurs because the foreign investment is coming from one country (i.e. Toronto & China). NYC investors are from all over. If I had bread I would buy a house in Mott Haven, these PJ's will not keep the hipsters away.

The project era is over, that land is too valuable in major cities.

The moral grandstanding in relation to ownership needs to fall back, NYC never had a high rate of ownership generally. And plus the relevant factors made renting more practical/reasonable even for middle class New Yorker's.
