That's not what I'm talking about. I'm talking about people who just moved in complaining about soulfest at the park going all day when its been like that for years. New neighbors calling the cops on a jazz musician who has been playing on his stoop for decades. I don't have a problem if they want to open up new stores, just dont complain about the African drummers in the park.
