yeah, the bronx is starting to feel it. I see the change in Hunts Point. Even seen a sprinkle around third ave and 149th

I see one cac jogging on 163rd.....I was like:dwillhuh:...

Once they started building those condo joints,it was a wrap....

Section 8 nikkas probably get the :comeon:face when they try to apply

Whenever you see a tourbus full of Cacs in your neighborhood

nah..thats like near montiefieore hospital in that area...

bedford park section since it said van cortlandt around the corner

That's a decent drive up 87, I don't know what the areas like, rent seems high to live way out there. There's no subway and you would have to drive to metro north.

I would probably live in Scarsdale/whiteplains at that point.

Ratchedness at the highest levels. But nah there are parts of the BX where gentrification is possible but I figured people wouldn't want to do deal with transportation/safety issues.

I may need a pied a terre in the Bronx or East Harlem, I could swing the UWS but that would make my commute a bit further.


Thoughts?
