Wow
"For example, a two-bedroom apartment at 60 Broadway (left) in Williamsburg, which sold for $950,000 in August, hit the market again this month at $1.3 million, according to real-estate blog Curbed NY. That’s a 37 percent price hike."

You and a couple others have been singing that blame shyt for a minute for that I wish I could punch you in the nose... I guess that's the Brooklyn in me...Blame the fact the natives never took initiative to take ownership. The old ways are long gone.
Lol. Nah, It's all good. Truth be told, I'm catching feelings. I admit it. Like I said, a lot of what's being said here is true. Doesn't mean I like it, ya know? I tell people all the time that I wish I was older when a lot of these things were first starting to take place. I feel like where I stay has so much potential (Crown Heights) and I wish that people were able to come together and make some sort of impact. Unfortunately, that isn't the case. Just gotta try to hold on, finish school and do something with my life so I'll be in a good spot regardless of where I end up.Gonna punch me in the face cause of an opinion? That is some bigoted NYPD type of shyt, especially over an opinion. If more ownership took place, then people wouldn't be up in arms right now.

Seriously? Anything post 2006 Harlem is losing black folk, but A LOT. To the point where even the native people from there are getting mad. That hustler shyt and not owning anything cost them everything in the long run.
The tenth annual Bike Kill rumbled into Bed-Stuy Saturday afternoon, bringing music, wet tennis balls and lots of modified bicycles to a dead end street in front of P.S. 54.
