It's kind of perplexing. Where do they come from? Is there a population decrease in other parts of the country with all the people moving here?
Midwest. Them cities out there besides Chicago are past their due date so they come here.

Exposed brick in Mott Haven :ohhh::whoo::leon: Well it looks like it's a wrap:manny: and I'm gonna have to stay my ass here in PA and become a gentrifier in the surrounding area. The next area to gentrify is clear and apparent out here where I'm at, already have a whole foods and Trader Joe's around the spot and of course the "Anonymous" complaining about the Black clubs making too much noise, got the slick ass real estate companies fronting talking about "It wasn't us who called the police" :jawalrus::mjpls:

My Pops Forever RIP

the one on Forest was $1300 a month? That's not that bad. The spot I live at costs $1200 a month and I've been here for the longest. South BX prices are catching up to North BX prices.

The Bruckner one though, :whoo: shyt's getting crazy there. I'm not sure how they sell this one though. They're fixing the houses, but not the neighborhood. I guess we'll see if Mott Haven gets cleaned up.

I haven't seen that yet, but every now and then you can find them on University.

Washington Heights might as well get extended to 225th street. All the Dominicans are moving up. 207th is the new 181st.
Word eh? I they should just take Inwood as well now. the last cheap place in Manhattan by far. Too bad is 40 min from wall street.

The poor will live in Jersey, if they can get the South Bronx well then nothing is off limits. The days of being single and making around 70k and aspiring to own will soon be over.

Pittsburgh is gentrifying for sure... Exciting town. I don't think there's a ton going on in Harrisburg, at least not that I've heard of... Haven't been there in years

I'm involved in a big project in trenton, nj that will jumpstart gentrification there ... Hopefully starting work before years end

I'm interested in Allentown... Some serious potential there
