- $1950 / 2br - YOU DON'T EVEN KNOW (Bushwick/East Williamsburg)Bushwick...
The rents are still relatively cheap here ($650-$1200 for single rooms/1 bedrooms) but I don't know how long that's going to last. If Williamsburg is referred to now as the new SOHO, then Bushwick/Bed-Stuy is the new Williamsburg.
Where I live now is right near the Knickerbocker M line which just got fixed up. Near the DeKalb L stop too.
Some cool places to eat and drink (check out Bossa Nova on Myrtle).
So in essence you agree
the 2/3/4/5 is easily accessible in CH. the C is basura. The A is still them old trains, it is fast but skips way too many stops express.
The 2,3,4,5 offer direct access to all major areas on the east/west side of manhattan, the 2/5 goes up the main artery of the bronx. also the 2, 3, 4, 5 has an easy transfer to just about every single train line. All the stops are easy to remember and reference . and no trains come as often as the number trains.
You cant say the same for the A or whatever other train line
stop dissing the C train
little known fact is the C is actually one of the faster lines in the system...when they're not clogging us with the A,B,and E trainswhen they do
Dog there is no way the 2/3/4/5 is better than the damn A trainA/C line is pretty fast and reliable from what I remember but A/C also seemed to have the highest ratio of chicken bone styrofoam platter music out of the cell phone w/no headphones nikkas. Along with the 8 in the morning evangelists. 2/3/4/5 is so much better. Especially when you factor in the Crown Heights shuttle
Its over though. Once 1 bedrooms start hitting 2000 its over for the neighborhood. ENY is the final frontier.
that E train gets mega priority my dude..
100% of the time they do it every time
Bushwick...

Lived in Bushwick for 1 1/2 years, had a lot of fun out there
I lived off the Jefferson L and it was pretty crackin. Definitely hipster central though. The hipster/hispanic mix is pure entertainment at times.
I'm surprised by how expensive it's getting, prices are steady creepin.

I was on the 4/5 line when I lived in CH and in the UESDog there is no way the 2/3/4/5 is better than the damn A train
That 4 train in the morning going to school was fukking NUTS. We just started splitting cabs after a while...fukk THAT
