I have shytty Century Link and my ps4 maxes out my connection. So essentially im like Fatboi.

Are netspeeds slower on PS4 over wifi/wired connection than it is on other devices? The answer to that question is yes for most.

The thing is... If you are pulling 20mbps and up on the console you're not going to be lagging.

So while yes, there is a speed differential, it doesn't necessarily mean you will lag as a result.

This is true i get the full 30mb/s on my x1 macbook n other devices over wifi but the most I got on ps4 was 17 when I had it and like 12 on my ps3...wireless speeds are even worse smh. Idk what they're doing over at sony but they gotta do better
