This dude’s physique is what I would love to have. A lean ripped one Thant’s not too bulky. What can I do to get a body like this? :feedme:

For starters you have to post what you look like right now - post a pic along with your height/weight so we can accurately gauge what you need to be doing.

And secondly as I told you last time: CALORIC RESTRICTION

Dude is at a very low body fat that can only be obtained by a sustained caloric restriction lower than your TDEE until you reach low body fat levels. Assuming that you’re training.

Steroids...I already posted about topics like this. Your body is only good at one or the other; burning fat, and or gaining mass. It doesn't do both at a fast rate. That's where anabolics step in. They allow you to lose the weight, and gain muscle faster. Essentially; you don't get a six pack and get big...you get it naturally by being very shredded and skinny (caloric deficit). If you see anyone with mass and a six pack, they're juicing....yes your favorite Hollywood actor juices.

personally OP i think his body is too synthetic, doesnt have the right aesthetics dont get fooled.

also depends on your height, if you are in the 5FT something club you have a different look you want to get.

the dude looks like a hairdresser physique to me, the new metrosexual gym goers far from brolic.

The body in the OP doesn’t really look that big. A natural lifter can get that easily. It’ll take time but it’s attainable

That’s the look I want, although I wouldn’t call it “hairdresser physique”. I’m not interested in looking brolic or swole, just super lean with a great muscle definition. The type the females swoon over.

Of course, but you're not gonna have capped delts and wide traps. The guy is also talking about bodybuilding....which isn't how you get a six pack naturally.....if the OP wants to be shredded, he can do so by running and eating 1500cal per day. He isn't gonna get bigger.

i hear you, but if are you naturally slim with a high metabolism then you can pull it off.

and tall too.

the old mark wahlberg CK posters with kate moss, that physique is what i used to go for as we are the same 5ft9 club.

Look into running and swimming. Not bodybuilding...as unless you're taking gear, you aren't gonna see major gains. Your age is a factor as well. Sure you can stay toned, but with a six pack, comes reduced caloric intake and body fat (mass in general), you're not gonna have arms or traps like said gymbro in the video. Look into first seeing if you can get a total six pack to begin with, as its all about genetics, prepare yourself to lose a ton of weight.

Thanks breh. I’m gonna put some serious work in the gym in the next three months.

As @Killigraphy has already stated, you wont gain much muscle while attempting to lean out that much unless you take gear, or you just keep at it for a very very long time.


Remember, water weight is the easiest to gain and easiest to lose.
Fat is 2nd
And muscle is 3rd. Its the hardest to gain and lose
