for the people that jog on a treadmill, how do you do it? shyts boring as fukk to me and i want to quit at .50

i stop everytime at 1 mile because i can not take it any longer. im not that tired but shyt is torture and boring

earphones, your favorite album(s)/mix, and espn or somethin interestin on tv highlight reels + music get me turnt up... most of all thought just black the fukk out :huhldup:

i didn't get to do it cuz other plans got in the way. i did one last year and i ran 23 minutes if i remember right. i run a lot better now though so i think that'll change

i can't run either (t*ts to big) it hurts. so i've always been mainly just a swimmer...i'm a fish. swimming >>>>>>
the Nautilus Tredclimber at my gym and Spinning classes are my other goto cardio's. Spinning will kick your ass into shape. shyts no joke.

I wanna try spinning sooooo bad. I need to get on it.

The best thing I ever did for my cardio is grab my cleats and hit the soccer fields. Warm up a little first, jogging, dynamic stretching etc. Then sprint ~100 meters, walk back, sprint, walk back, sprint etc. etc. It made the biggest improvement in "real world" movements, and especially when playing ball. So like 2-3 times a week, 6-10 100 meter sprints with a couple min rest in between...serious shyt. You gotta make sure you recover fully from it though, they can be really hard on your system, especially if you're just starting out.
