My cardio is terrible and I need improve it

i can't run either (t*ts to big) it hurts. so i've always been mainly just a swimmer...i'm a fish. swimming >>>>>>
the Nautilus Tredclimber at my gym and Spinning classes are my other goto cardio's. Spinning will kick your ass into shape. shyts no joke.

I play full-court bball games and full field soccer games to maintain an average cardio, u guys should try cardio kickboxing if you're trying to lose weight fast :obama:

there aint no fast way to doing it. cardio aint no overnight shyt, take it week by week and you'll get better. alot of people think running is the only way to go about cardio. you got...

jump rope
rowing machine
bicycle
stairs machine
boxing
swimming

whatever works better for you but i prefer you mix it up just dont stick to one aspect of cardio. jump rope, boxing, running outside is what i prefer.

if its "terrible" i would say start off with a basic 1.5 mile run three times a week and do sprint drills on a weekend day (shoot for Saturday. use Sunday as a rest day)

why are people saying 'sprints' tho if the person is bad in cardio ?

sprints do nothing for them cuz theyre anaerobic exercises, not to mention they are far more demanding on heart than jogging/running in moderation.

sprints are great for organized sports training and serious training exercise in general. theyre terrible for people who dont do much cardio and dont have much cardio endurance. starting off with them is awful advice....

you wont gain much by doing sprints for 10 minutes...start off doing 40 minutes of walking/jogging/running 3 days a week first, whichever you can do. then go up to an hour or so. then do it 5 times a week or so.

once you build up your cardio you incorporate anaerobic and max effort cardio exercises into your routine

start off with a treadmill, its piss easy.

then when you become a man move to outdoor running in your local park and whatnot.

Try www.barenecessities.com, I've had trouble finding good support for the longest and now me and the homies are choked up! :win: Their bras are great for larger sizes, excellent fit.

Running, I'd actually prefer to start outside, I get shin splints but I just have to ease into it- treadmill running is too :hamster: like for me.

And I'm starting biking.
