My cardio is terrible and I need improve it

Best way to do it is treadmill interval sessions for 15 minutes start out on 3 for a minute then swith to 7 or above for 1 minute sprint keep switching every minute for 15 minutes

Then for 15 minutes keep it on 5 or 5.5 for steady state right after. This will be a total of 30 minutes

In addition to whatever weight training try to do this between 3-5 times a week depending on your needs and fat loss goals.

You can play around with the intervals too and do up to a 3 minute sprint and more if you'd like but beyond 3 minute sprints you will start to burn muscle.

I am giving advice. DO THE CARDIO OFF OF MACHINES.

Hill sprints are good as someone mentioned.

Walk down the hill, and run up it, put that shyt on repeat :stylin: of course the hill must have a 45 - 75 degree angle or better

Track running is also good, sprint half a lap, walk half.

Sprint a quarter mile, walk half, then sprint half etc.

just mix it up just as you do with weights and the benefits show.

All you have to do is trick your body and you gain in the areas you're wishing for.

I just find it hilarious how so called males can plant themselves on cardio machines, thought that shyt was strictly for women.

I don't know how dudes can run on a treadmill for an hour.

Playing ball is high intensity cardio and will make the time go by A LOT faster.

i stop everytime at 1 mile because i can not take it any longer. im not that tired but shyt is torture and boring

Ive been running 4 miles 4x a week at 7 mph and 1.0 incline. Im leaning out decently well.

4.75+ miles 5-6x a week at 8.5 mph :win: i really need to bump up to 9

I been running hardcore since january 2005. before, I used to run in college on the treadmills. I was able to do that cuz there were always broads in the room with the treadmills so that was motivation. when I came home and started working out on the treadmill, it was ehhhh, but it got boring. esp with no hoes being where I worked out at. I took my running outside. and I live somewhere were it gets hot as hell in the summer and cold as hell in the winter. These days, I have no problem running in the cold, so I am able to run outside with minimal boredom. I suggest u try running outside. 5 laps around the park by my house is like 4.25 miles.

sometimes I run at different parks tho, or run thru the neighborhood as well.

Not That It's Important Just Wondering

10K Does Sound Like Some shyt But Hopefully I Can Gradually Ease Into, I Dont Expect It To Be Easy Nah Mean
