Best way to do it is treadmill interval sessions for 15 minutes start out on 3 for a minute then swith to 7 or above for 1 minute sprint keep switching every minute for 15 minutes
Then for 15 minutes keep it on 5 or 5.5 for steady state right after. This will be a total of 30 minutes
In addition to whatever weight training try to do this between 3-5 times a week depending on your needs and fat loss goals.
You can play around with the intervals too and do up to a 3 minute sprint and more if you'd like but beyond 3 minute sprints you will start to burn muscle.
