Considering I’ve spent thousands on the physicals just for it to be more or less obsolete now, it’s too expensive and labels are greedy
It has always been easy to make music. All of those garage bands in other genres, basement rappers, beatbox and drumming on the lunchroom tables, church singers, being recorded singing over instrumentals...hell, we used to record music using the audio booth in the library. The problem is how great would the sound quality be, and how difficult it is getting the music out there. If anything, that's the only thing that became easier.You are a white chick born in 2003, so it makes sense you’d say that. It has never been this easy to make music. The pure technology and accessibility makes your statement a flat out lie.
