This is good news, because WE are disproportionately the victims of homicides. Fewer Black men dying than last year in those cities is better than equal or more.
People whose job it is to protect the public need to get a handle on the post pandemic uptick in crime and homicides. Especially in the cities where those numbers are still going up.
Can deal with preventative measures for the generation coming up, but the ones out there NOW killing and committing crimes have to be put away.
