2pac needed Biggie to promote All Eyes On Me and Makaveli. Biggie never needed Pac to promote anything. 2Pac used Faith on a song, he lied about Biggie being involved in his shooting. Dedicated a whole diss song to Biggie. 2pac needed that Biggie energy to pop off like he did in 1996.

Word. One More Chance remix and Who Shot Ya all dominated the first half of 95. Biggie on Totals "Cant You See." Then Junior Mafia had 2 big hits from 3 singles even tho the album was eh! Faith Evans debut album and the hits from that was like an extension of Biggie's reign.

Nas had classic guest appearances that year on Mobb Deep, Raekwon and G Raps songs but that Biggie reign in 95 was just more dominant.

Man I love Big but both Nas and Jay were better lyricists when Big was still with us..

Big was unique in his cadence and flow and his presence demanded your attention moreso than theirs imo, but they were better lyricists..
