You can find articles about his bipolar disorder for the guy as well as depression. He'd been hospitalized for it and his parents even sent him to therapy retreats.
This is one of the cases where it was real as fukk and I honestly can't knock the parents either because they really tried short of formally institutionalizing him.
Mental health is some serious shyt. There's absolutely times when its used as a blanket excuse/cover or some made up bullshyt like "affluence", faux aspergers, etc - but they got records on the guy already.
Guy simply shouldn't have been able to buy a gun at all.
