That’s a good list. I’d switch out Aquemini for ATLiens and TM101 for Trap Muzik. But I can’t really argue with any of them. I know people are disagreeing with DS2 but that’s a certified classic. Im not a Future fan by any means but it’s hard to deny how important that album was. EVERYBODY was bumping that album

im just basing it off of street nikka shyt, not no HipHop shyt.

GUCCI Jeezy and future are the ones from ATL thAt had the streets on lock at some point..nikkas fukked wit TI too but he never really held it down like that..OutKast & goodie mob neva did.

That’s crazy cuz even tho neither one is from ATL, from the outside looking in, jeezy’s 101 would be considered the GOAT album & Gucci the Goat rapper from there lol
Honestly everybody biased to wherever they stay. On the east side I’d bet my life more people taking Gucci catalog over Jeezy.. don’t matter what album whatever. They just gonna say Gucci regardless. That’s kirkwood, Edgewood. Anything East Atlanta and includes Decatur. It is not guaranteed everybody gonna have TI in they too 5. Even if that sounds ridiculous (and it do sound crazy to me)… but it’s probably true…West side nikkas more likely of course for obvious reasons, so they gonna rate Gucci lower than us regardless of how much love they might have for him. But I bet even if they love TI they don’t be on his nuts like eastside nikkas do with Gucci… The only people that get real universal love in the city on all sides is Kast the Mob and Future to where the sides don’t matter. Otherwise side bias play a big ass role. 103 dope, but I promise you a lot of nikkas on the Eastside wouldn’t even be honest about it if it was they favorite album. We listened to Gucci literally every day

Honestly, talking Atlanta and modern music you'd really need to include a Ciara album unless you're going 100% hip-hop with no exceptions.

I'd say that first Ciara album shaped a lot of what that Atlanta sound is today which is more rhythmic and danceable. It ain't 100% hip-hop influenced.
Goodies, 1,2 Step and Oh. Insane hits and that Jazze Pha sound. The synth work, bounce, etc.

Gucci had the whole city on lock

Jeezy dropped some classics and will go down as a trap music GOAT. He had better albums and bigger budgets, but nobody will ever get love in the streets of Atlanta like Gucci has, especially the 07-13ish era before he did his 1st long bid

You could ride around any side of the city and hear a different Gucci song from various projects he put out
