They probably just didn’t want to do it at the time
I feel like it’s coming though
Olsen wants wanda to interact with the x-men and be the daughter of magneto too

I mean they didn't have to do it THIS TIME. It served absolutely NOTHING to anything with the series whatsoever. But they did just to inexplicitly tell us mutants exist in the MCU.

I've would've rather had it where the x-gene been dormant but after the blip, it activated it, it'll make more sense without being complicated.

Just finished the series. Was iffy on it at first but fell in love with the families by the third episode. Loved Kamala’s older brother. Would love to see a one shot type thing in the future with him. Just a great character. shyt I loved her momma too. Nice to see brown representation in a major way and they did a great job IMO.

Why are people mad that Ms. Marvel is a Mutant?

The only reason she was written as an Inhuman in the comics and the only reason the Inhumans got pushed by Marvel is because Fox had the rights to all of their Mutant teams and Marvel didn’t want to promote a rival studios movies that they weren’t getting a cut of.

really enjoyed this. wasn't even going to watch after both hawkeye and moon knight pissed me the fukk off, but I was looking for something to binge in one night, was gonna do The Bear, but the site I was using was down :francis: so I threw on Disney+ instead.

it's up there with Loki/WandaVision/Falcon, but probably right below them for me. definitely captured the wholesome disney vibe really well too. I can see families/kids/teenagers/women really liking this one more than Loki or Falcon and the Winter Soldier. wouldn't mind a season 2 or the character getting rolled into another show, something with a better villain.

I generally trust and find IMDB show ratings to be reliable and almost never waste my time on anything below an 7 rating, but this one is definitely got a fukked up rating. guessing the neckbeard cacs upset it was a show about an arab family/woman sabotaging it.

I don't know how they're gonna make any of this work, and this phase of Marvel has been mid as hell...

But I promise y'all... whenever they play the XMEN: TAS theme in the MCU, I promise y'all I get chills. It's amazing how they're connecting this to something of my childhood from 25 years ago. I love it.

yeah I had to bush Fan Bros years ago fam.... they seems to lose to us and what they were originally about once they change to "For Al Nerds!!" :snoop:
they give off a vibe that they've never really read any original comics and just watch a tonne of comic-based films. I ain't tryna judge em if thats what they tryna do but their discussions could have been more diverse if that wasnt the case imo. A few months ago they hosted a space on Twitter where everyone was shootin the shyt about the Hawkeye show. The conversation was hella dope cause a lot of people were chiming in with hot takes of what will happen, their thoughts on the mcu to date, comics to read for source material etc. A dude from New Zealand was even educating me on the character Swordsman :obama:

If they made their format a bit open and had guests each week, similar to the Twitter spaces, maybe it could be really dope :manny:

GOT-DAYUM THIS RECAP! :mjlol:

yeah he touched on a lot of shyt i had a problem with too :mjlol:

Kamala randomly being able to weild her powers with profession was a big one for me too

She was fighting clandestines and swinging from lamp poles like it was nothing. Remember in episode 1 when she tried to jump on a tree from her window? :camby:
