Kinda crazy I wasn’t expecting people to be triggered by her powers being changed this much.Never heard of anyone liking Kamala because of that before.:russ:

Trailer was okay, thought they made the trailer as generic as hell considering they could’ve played up her trying to balance her Muslim home life and the high school stuff which in the initial comic run kept it from being beyond camp.

It's not even that different, she's still technically able to alter her body you see it with when she generates a large fist and punches using it.

They likely already did some renders where she's stretching and it looked awful. Human stretching looks pretty bad in live action, it's part of the reason why I'm not interested in the one piece adaptation.

It looks cute but for all the quirky talking bubbles it still looks like the same cookie cutter…I never thought etc.

Hopefully there’s some cultural Pakistani-Muslim specific stuff backing up the broader elements.

Looked underwhelming tbh And they usually can cut good trailers together. I dont even mind it seems to be more teen focused if the story is good.

But after the DC shows, these MCU ones have to raise their game a bit.

It’s like a reverse.

DC shows start off well and finish strong, these MCU shows seem to start off great and end up running out of steam by episode 4. Of the recent ones only What If... managed to actually surprise me.

You can tell Disney is unsure about this one seeing as they have Obi Wan out around the same time trying to cover both bases.
