Fully a quarter of black men who got married in 2013 married someone who was not black. Only 12% of black women married outside of their race.


Beyond statistics even, I can't see IR being much different where you're at than where I'm at. Nine and a half times when I see beige babies, children, teens, it's usually a white mother. To be fair I'm seeing more Black women with white dudes and even that's still rare. Regardless, for the most part when I see IR its a Black man with a white chick.

Something else too, most Black people still date and marry among their own. IR is still so much not the norm that it's noticeable when you do happen to see it.

I don't always agree with him all the time but in context of the population his message is directed to (African Americans), he has a point.

I believe the ratio of black men to black women (African Americans) is 1:4. So, it's advisable for AAs to keep marrying one another. AAs already have between 0-25% cac admixture. If they keep swirling, in the next 50 years, they might end up becoming the new Arabs, thus losing a lot of their blackness in the process. That's also basically what the US government is trying to do by copying the assimilation method that worked in the UK, whereby blackness is whitened every generation.
