The overall numbers mask significant gender gaps within some racial groups. Among blacks, men are much more likely than women to marry someone of a different race. Fully a quarter of black men who got married in 2013 married someone who was not black. Only 12% of black women married outside of their race.


Beyond statistics even, I can't see IR being much different where you're at than where I'm at. Nine and a half times when I see beige babies, children, teens, it's usually a white mother. To be fair I'm seeing more Black women with white dudes and even that's still rare. Regardless, for the most part when I see IR its a Black man with a white chick.

Something else too, most Black people still date and marry among their own. IR is still so much not the norm that it's noticeable when you do happen to see it.

Marriage and dating are not the same and there are ugly factors that we need to address as a people. How often do you hear black men say these lines ''I want to fukk a white women just to see what it is like" emphasis on just to see what it is like. For reasons I find distasteful, black men don't have the same issues bringing a woman outside of their race around their families so the intent is rooted in experimenting. These issues won't hinder flings because they don't necessitate bringing the girlfriend around the family. However it will influence marriage as that typically involves welcoming the woman into the family.
