Speaking of Watchmen, that series in and of itself was, and will ALWAYS be a stone cold classic--but I'm not a fan of the effect it had on the industry.
This the type of stuff people mean when they done messed up the character. Cyclops done gone up against Magneto, the Brotherhood, Sentinels, racist humans, done literally fell out a plane and survived as a kid, but he supposed to be shook of some 5 ft Canadian with butter knives coming out his hands. Got popular in the 90's now people writing shyt that don't make any kind of sense. Got him coming back from a single cell. Had Jean literally on his dikk in Ultimate X-Men. He leading teams now. Literally towering over people on cartoons. I'm waiting to hear that they had him fold up Galactus or Thanos on dolo at this point.
