Speed Racer.

Yep. The one with Emile Hirsch in it. I love that fukking movie. The ending race is :banderas:

I imagined most of y'all answers would be movies that got panned publicly. If someone says they hate Gattaca that's my sign to never trust their movie opinions from that point forward.

Not a bad movie by any stretch, but anytime I've told someone to watch 'Enter The Void', next time I see them, they hit the :wtf: when I ask them about it.

Most people acknowledge minority report Is good but it doesnt get talked about much other than those articles a few years ago talkin about how accurate its technology was

Edit:I do think it had top 10 sci-fi potential but falls just short

but I have seen it in over a decade and I will revisit during sci fi list month

Seven Pounds - I thought it was great. I dont see why people hate it. If i were a different type of man, I woulda cried during this movie.

After Earth - Its not a GOOD movie...but its pretty par for the course when it comes to subpar scifi flicks. I dotn understand why it tends to get singled out as spectacularly bad or anything.

Because it is spectacularly bad and to put it in the same sphere as quality sci-fi pictures or even mediocre/bad sci-fi pictures is an insult...its ridiculous, boring, too long, lazy writing, and just awful....

Seven pounds was just stupid. I get what they were trying to do, but the ending was fukking stupid.

Revolver (2005) with Guy Ritchie, Andre 3k and Jason Statham. Everybody hated that movie, but for me the depiction of Ego controlling most men was pure :ohlawd:. Your options grow when you let go of ego, and it was awesome how they showed that in so many ways.
The last scene with Guy Ritchie was gold, the acting was just. :banderas:
