That whole theater was tacked out.

I'm telling you, a lot of People really shyt on the Theater Experience these days and think they're cool because they have their Unlocked Firesticks and what not but there's nothing like The Big Screen.

Me and brother went the first day to see grindhouse on some hell yeah, we get to the theater and there are literally 2 other people in the big ass theater besides us.

But we fukkin laughed our asses off at the thanksgiving trailer, we must of been high af.

Both of them shyts work better as one long ass movie. I still don’t like death proof but it at least feels a little better when it’s after planet terror and those fake trailers.

But the theater was damn near empty when my boy and I saw grindhouse so I really don’t have much to compare it to

Freddy v Jason is the first that comes to mind.

I wouldn’t say it’s only good this way, but the paranormal activity movies are all better in theaters. Movies by their nature are supposed to be communal experiences. Horror especially. It’s like going through a haunted house. And going through a haunted house by yourself is just silly
