Pull ups. I can knock them out and do L shaped pull ups but man just doing standard pull ups take a toll on my energy level.

I vowed to conqueror this by doing 10 pull ups every day regardless if its upper body day or not. Started this 3 days ago and hopefully in a few months i can knock out 20 and not feel like shyt. :francis:

Used to be barbell squats.
Now, I don't do anything that is very high-intensity except playing ice hockey.

I have no problems doing hanging leg raises but ive always had a strong core though so i get why it might be tough for others.

it changes, right now single leg bench lunges and lateral lunges with the resistance band. also some stupid ab exercise my trainer has me do, forgot what she calls them but it's like a reverse crunch, toe touch in successive movements.
Sound like a v sit
Add a medicine ball and the shyt is hardcore
