With talent alone he achieved so much. Naturally we expected him to do/be more. What happened to him personally? I remember he was stuck in another country for a long time and the Manny Fresh album never dropped. He kinda faded after that.

He mentioned that Mannie Fresh album in that Vibe interview I posted and said he still has it and it’s just about perfect timing when it comes to releasing it and other music as well

Again, he’s talked about all of this extensively on Hot 97’ years ago. He dropped so many gems in this interview
