Funny enough this is a quite realistic scenario: the slave trade represents millions of capable human capital displaced out the continent but also in the motherland (migrations so as to escape slave traders). Colonization (the wars plus the occupations) prevented the continent from getting to its own next level.
If both never happened, there is no telling what Africa would look like today.
How do you think he did it? Did he go all around kingdoms to warn about what would happen if brehs didn't stop bullshytting immediately?
Now that's the million dollar question. Preventing slavery would've involved uniting black people and culling tribalism. Maybe he spoke of the dystopian future that awaits them. Sad that this is our reality.
