Imagine being thought of as a criminal just going about your daily business like driving to your girls house. Or taking a run. Or sleeping in your car. Or watering your neighbors flowers.
Imagine a realtor undervaluing your house just because. Imagine not being given proper healthcare because people think you been handle pain better. Imagine being put in jail for a crime you didn't commit because police and the DA want to make their solved case look good in the stats.
Imagine being refused credit even though you make good money. Imagine you get arrested trying to cash your own cheque. Imagine your community being redlined and gerrymandered so your people don't get any political power.
Imagine your women dying at higher rates at childbirth. Imagine that you family don't have access to clean water in a first world country.
Imagine being thought of as a criminal when you just want to buy some food from the shop.
Imagine your assertiveness is seen as violent aggression. Imagine you have to temper yourself and code switch on a daily basis just so you can make it through the day.
Imagine being looked down upon everyday by every other community. Being seen as dumb, lazy and shiftless.
