I was just about to make this thread. I had to go with Bane but I loved the Joker as well.

Edit: I just watched the Dark Knight again and I'd change my vote to no vote at all. I like them both equally.

Think about how the Joker was evilly laughing as he was falling to his death before batman pulled back on the rope. Nothing Bane did is as chilling as that.

I said it in the other thread, but its Joker and not even close.

Dude was a lunatic. With Bane, he big and powerful but he had a plan that everyone knew. Joker was just trolling. He just liked seeing death and pain and didnt really have a conscience. There was a plan but it just for lulz. Thats scary as hell.

Bane did his thing no doubt, not taking away from that. but as intelligent he was, you can defeat Bane if you outmuscle him.

with the Joker there was nothing Batman could really do to "beat him." because if he killed him he'd just be proving his point and the Joker would've "won"

just think about the scene where Bats is whooping Joker's ass and the whole time Joker is just like "You have NOTHING, nothing to threaten me with. Nothing to do with all your strength." thats the scene where I knew Joker was just on another level

I think they're pretty even but as far as the Joker everything he did was planned. Way more then Bane or Ra's Al Ghul. His plans just weren't as ambitious and big as Bane's or Ra's.
