I was exclusively bow up until I stopped playing around the 3 star mark.

I got sets for long sword, hammer, insect glaive , hbg,and dual blades. Longsword is fun as hell but IG is prolly my favorite

I ran LS on World so decided to switch it up and went S&S on Rise.

LS is my switch up. I usuay run DB and Lance but wanted to try to get to HR as quickly as possible. Built my first armor set for DB so I'll be adding that some to my runs(still need a couple of decos and a good WEX talisman). Might try Bow again and see how that is.

Was a gunlance user in World...but towards Iceborne i used everything especially sticky lbg.

This game im trying to use everything but damn im having money issues. Every high rank monster drops some upgrade. That shyt be greyed out so im like damn no materials when in reality is cause of zenny. I'm broke in this game in ways i wasn't with world

Yeah I find myself having to ore runs often to keep up with crafting and upgrading costs.

Free Title Update Ver.3.9.0.0

As of Ver.3.9.0.0, we plan to sync the contents of the Steam version with the Nintendo Switch version.

At 12 a.m. UTC on February 24, we will release a free Title Update (Ver.3.9.0.0), including new content and bug fixes.

Free support armor to help beginning players progress through the game more easily!

We will be releasing a set of "Defender" weapons (for all 14 weapon types), the "Black Belt" armor set, and the "Veteran's Talisman."
The "Black Belt" armor set is also available as layered armor.

*You will be able to claim these items from Senri the Mailman after updating to Ver.3.9.0.0.


Two Collab Quest with Universal Studios Japan, and a special Palico!

Complete the Collab Quests to earn materials to craft special weapons, armor, and layered armor for your Hunter, Palico, and Palamute.
You'll also be able to recruit a special Palico called "MEOW LIMIT!"


Major new features and adjustments
- HDR settings are now available as a separate setting by going to Options > Display > Screen Mode.
*You need to enable your HDR settings in Windows to use HDR mode.

- Buddy armor all used to have the exact same generic shadow. There will now be unique shadows for each piece of armor.

- All additions and adjustments to the Nintendo Switch version up to Ver.3.9.0 will be applied here as well.


Bug fixes
- All bug fixes made in the Nintendo Switch version up to Ver.3.9.0 will be applied here as well.


Regarding Paid DLC
When Ver.3.9.0.0 is released, there will also be new DLC on the store. However, please note that it may take some time for all DLC items to be reflected on the store. Please keep this in mind while shopping.




Notice
- Monster Hunter Rise does not allow for matchmaking between different versions of the game. If you update the game, you will no longer be able to matchmake with players who haven't applied the patch yet.
You can check your current version on the bottom right of the title screen.

The Steam version does not support cross saves or crossplay with other platforms.
