That was bullshyt and a stretch. And if you're going to tell people not to bring up other comedians outside of Monique then don't bring up unrelated events that have nothing to do with this subject. And nobody is caping for Netflix. Monique can do and say whatever she wants but at the same time she is in the acting/comedy game. Some folks are in the tech/IT game, some the construction game, some the restaurant game, and so forth. Everyone in their respective field knows the grind, the work, the come ups, the pitfalls, the bad moves, the networking, etc- into making their career successful or not successful. Monique knows the comedy/acting game and she's in and has so for decades. We can support her shows, movies, causes, etc. but we can't control her individual interactions with other actors, comedians, directors, producers, studio heads, and so forth which ultimately decides what's next for her career and money wise.. WE HAVE NO CONTROL OVER THAT BREH!!
If you personally were in the shoe business.. I could personally support you by buying your shoes, showing up to your releases events, and give encouraging words, etc. But on the flipside if you're treating the people who manufacture your shoes like shyt, the company who puts your shoes in stores like shyt, the person who's running your online media like shyt, and so forth- that's all on you, I couldn't control that aspect of your life. And truthfully you could have legitimate beef with your manufacturer, distributor, and media guy but still I can't control that- you do. You're in the shoe game, I'm not. You want us to be mad at the people Monique deals with and has dealt with over the years- and I cannot stand Lee Daniels myself/barely tolerate Oprah as well- but that's on Monique.
