If she was really about business, her team would have shown the contract to the promoters and threaten to sue or refuse to perform without additional compensation.

At this stage of her career, she should have her own promotional company booking her own shows.

It takes very little to rent a building and promote your own show in a reasonable venue, especially if you claim to be such a draw.
