Dude, they are stunting because they earned money and are spending it, does that mean that they should take the money they earn and spend it all on production costs so their audience can watch it for free?

They're not asking for money for no reason, they're asking for money to provide their complaining audience with a better experience when watching the show.

:francis:
But the stunting looks like a rapper that got his very first check and ran to Jacob the Jeweler type steez. Everybody is rooting for these dudes my gee. Like I said in a previous post they already did all the hard work by making season one on their own. IMO they should've hooked up with someone that could help them further their process and dream. You rarely see a Kickstarter campaign come after the show or movie is filmed and its a total success.

From this interview right here I'm thinking season two is gonna be on and correct since they've opened a ton of new doors. They got buzz that alot of middle of the road tv shows wish they had. I know they want to teach the kids and that's commendable but I know there has to be a few senarios where they keep their integrity and cake up at the same time..

why do they need to floss less and stunt less on instagram?

:patrice:

Because the whole point of "stunting" and "flossing" on social media is to make people envious, so why purposefully arouse those sorts of feelings in your audience with attention seeking posts, and then turn around and demand money from them? Thats tacky as shyt. Do you want to be professional, or act like some knucklehead C-list rapper with a lil bit of fame?

And people act like they are putting out a free youtube show for charity, and its simply for the "fans"...no they are investing in themselves and trying to get their name out thru a cheap and accessible medium, with the hope of getting noticed. Stop acting like they are on some philanthropy shyt.

Whats funny tho is that if they asked a lending institution or private investor for money, not only would those lenders have mad questions, but they would want their money back PLUS interest.

But they demand money from black people, and not only do they not pay it back but they want no questions asked. They minute fans have simple questions, nikkas start throwing a temper tantrum, and carrying on with cheap racial insults about how whites "support their own and dont ask questions"...how cheap black people are, how frivolous blacks are with their money, how blacks are haters...shyt is mad bogus. Go to a bank and ask for money and when they ask questions go spaz on them like you do with black fans.

Seems like every other minute some black nikkas got their hands out...Dr. Umar, Tariq, these nikkas, and the minute they dont get every penny no questions asked, they start guilt tripping black people. Fukk outta here.

Co-sign 100%. Not sure when it became less black to start questioning people asking for your hard earned money. Also not sure when white people all of the sudden became this generous group who will 100% support anything white. shyt is a false narrative used to try to guilt trip black folks who want to be more reserved with their support(which is 100% ok). "Oh whites support anything white without asking questions" get the fukk outta here some of the biggest penny pinchers I know are white but niccas want to say these folks opening their wallets for any and everything white is bullshyt.

Fukk if they got payed to host a party...can they live????

The insecurity that arises from some black people when the subject becomes about money is pathetic...GET MONEY AND DONT SWEAT MONEY...ITS NOTHING:stopitslime:

It's a donation they are not seeking an investment*... if you are the type to ask questions over donations then you are a penny pincher who doesn't trust the cause or appreciate it

They need to create a production company and have the lead guy Raef sell his other scripts to TV/Movies/Netflix/Amazon etc

Then use that money to finance better equipment/performance art classes and promotion

*If they are seeking investment then obviously it would be prudent to ask questions ...
the only exception were investors don't ask is

1) if it's a passion project
2) if it reduces taxes
3) if its a recommendation from other investors
4)if its a lover

But at the same time nobody is used to people asking for money for a tv show all by its lonesome. Most shows are either free off the big networks like CBS,NBC, ABC, etc or they fall under your cable channels that you pay for under your bundle. I think its their approach.Black people have funded kickstarter and crowdfunding for fellow African Americans so you really can't say blacks don't support their own. Its all about your approach.. I'm thinking they should come on some, "We need $50,000 dollars... because this season we will have real actors playing cops, we need to rent cop cars, permits, extras, new cameras and sound equipment, etc, etc. But Raef "chops it up" so well and has a way with words, plus after a highly successful season one, I'm literally shocked he doesn't have a couple of investors lined up to handle this for them.

I feel u bruh...I'm not saying black people don't donate...we do, but there is always a decent amount of us who start belly aching and clowning about financially supporting...like nobodies making u pay nuthin', if u don't want to don't but stfu:stopitslime:. We don't need to know what each actor is doing to make money in the mean time just because they want support for the show. Other races give dumb amounts of money for str8 BS, why, because they got it to give and it ain't nuthin to them. I mean it's cool if u tight financially..,but stfu then:rudy:

The main problem I am seeing is the perception of money they made. None of the comments where made before the hate, kicked in and yes I mean hate cause to ask about money they made from club appearances is not necessary to the argument about asking for this project to get funded. The cast is having that reaction because they are receiving unwarranted hate. A watch in the photo is the perception of money it doesn't mean anything more.

What stunting are they doing exactly?
None, but when people see you not doing bad, you talking to big name stars, and showing off by eating fancy food, and a nice watch, it comes off as you are "rich". You, and I, know that isn't true, but people who are on Instagram think it is. Let's be real why do a lot of people go to Instagram? To show off, even though its bullshyt most of the time.

I knew this was gonna happen, I was just counting down. What I don't get is why didn't rafe see this coming? In the show he was the main one saying you can't show off, and be seen, but he is doing the total opposite in real life. I always noticed the people who have real money, don't show it until they get around others who have the same. As I got older, I know why. Its a hustle itself. This social media is fukking artists up, but at the same time, you have to use some common sense. I think in this case they watch everyone else show off, that the forgot they can't do that. The real hustlers know, you look bummy or regular when out in the streets, if not, the stick up kids is ready to take your plate. Don't get me wrong, you can show off, but you better be ready to bust your gun more then normal.

I still support Money & violence, they represent the Bush, and BK:blessed:
