I don't think that you can be against polygamy and be for other forms of marriage between consenting adults that have opposition to them.
This scaremongering "Oh, but a lot of you will be single" bullshyt is just that. First off, it's not my right to prevent two or three women from marrying the same man because I'm worried that I won't be able to get a mate. Second off, there are already a bunch of lames out here shooting up schools because they can't get p*ssy, and there is no polygamy in this society legally.
What will happen is that the tech for sex robots is going to solve the issue; a lot of these guys who can't compete in the dating market will drop out. Even if that wasn't going to happen, though, there isn't any reason for society to infringe on the rights of a polygamous relationship. Consenting adults should be able to enter whatever relationship that they want with one another.
