The main difference is in just code words. These liberal tech companies stay touting 'diversity and inclusion, but hardly have any blacks on staff. They will just say you aren't a 'culture fit' and make it seem that hiring a female white lesbian 'adds diversity' when in reality they are just hooking themselves up on the back of the black struggle.
