^ I copped thinking that track was on the album.

Anyways, Hell On Earth was that road trip crack from 96-99. Put the tape in, blaze an L, and just zone the f**k out.
The ability to play this album over and over is just unparalleled for me. I couldn't even tell you what it is about the album either.

i prefer this to the infamous. the beats were incredible. havoc peaked and found his sound on here. prodigy hit his lyrical peak on here. I dont see how anyone can say this isnt the superior album.

top 10 hip hop album to me, maybe top 3-5 idk
My top 4 is:
Infamous
Illmatic
OBFCL
Death Certificate

Never been able to pin down a 5th.
HOE, 36 Chambers. I think it's gotta come down to those two. :jbhmm:

That's the other thing you see from time to time, Mobb fans who like Murda Muzik the most.
Yeah in my class/age group I know a lot of people that like MM the best just because we were just a couple years young for Hell on Earth, where Murda Muzik dropped when we were in high school. I think people really love the albums they listened to in those coming of age years.

I still don't know what's really rhe OG version. I have two. I have one and then another that was sent out to XXL and The Source for reviewing, but I haven't been able to find that version with all the songs in CDQ and also no drops on top of them.

The is borderline :cape: for P, but his rapping on Albert Einstein in 2013 was the best piece of rapping he's done since MM and HNIC. It was clearly a level above any Infamy or beyond Mobb albums, and other solid solo projects he's done like Return of the Mac, HNIC 2, or Product of the 80's.

So IMO after Hell on Earth, the 3 albums that really are going to give you a good prodigy rapping are Murda Muzik, HNIC, and Albert Einstein.

Murda Muzik and HNIC were recorded around the same time so it's not a surprise that he raps with the same style on those. For example Quiet Storm was meant for HNIC but Prodigy let go of it for the sake of the group. And I forget if it's Delt with the Bullshyt or Wanna Be Thugs, but one of those 2 songs from HNIC was meant for Murda Muzik.
I think Albert Einstein more than HNIC. Yeah, I said it :yeshrug:

Prince should've cleared this for the album :banderas:

I dont think this verse gets enough love from heads..Top 5 P verse to me:wow: I would seriously put prime Prodigy against any rapper..just the way he writes & you can visualize his lyrics is a skill not too many(or if any) rappers nowadays can do & need to study plus accompanied by Havoc's eerie beats:wow:It was like listening to a hood version of a Stephen King horror novel in the 90's..Just ill

:ohhh:
I always assumed that they voluntarily left Young Love off the album because it was too soft/commercial. Have you heard otherwise?
P bodied his verse on that song :wow:
As great of a song as it is, I think it would have stuck out like a sore thumb on HOE.

At one point it was in my top 3 on there. That's how you know an album is good when everyone has different favorite songs. Also, for the longest time I didn't know that General G on Can't Get Enough Of It was Illa Ghee.
I think General G's verse was the worst guest verse on the album. Still a pretty good verse though.
