Yeah, Mobb's enhanced CD was way simpler than Wu Forever. It had "In The Long Run" on there dissing Keith Murray and Pac.

Such a shame that wasn't on the album for real

For example Quiet Storm was meant for HNIC but Prodigy let go of it for the sake of the group. And I forget if it's Delt with the Bullshyt or Wanna Be Thugs, but one of those 2 songs from HNIC was meant for Murda Muzik.

I remember reading that the story with Quiet Storm is that Hav made the beat and then him and Noyd wanted to go out to a club or something like that...P was trying to get them to stay and work on the song, but they went anyway. That's why its all P on the original, and was supposed to go to his solo album, but the song leaked and started getting a lot of attention.

I'll bet the HNIC song recorded at the time of MM was Delt with the Bullshyt since Kim is on there...

The "More Trife Life" beat literally gave me goosebumps on my arm cuz the shyt sounded so haunting

More Trife Life is supremely underrated as a storytelling song
I love the fact that he completely left out the resolution of the story.
"Regardless what the outcome of all this bullshyt"
We were left with a cliff hanger
I always expected a sequel. But it never came

Yeah - my theory is it didn't have the one classic, undeniable single to push it over the top. The Source review actually comes out and says this. No song as good as Shook Ones Pt 2, but they somehow managed to get better since the Infamous.

Its still around. You can look it up on ebay or discogs. They had people selling them for like 50 and up on ebay but managed to find one for 45 on discogs. The quality sounds better than it does on cd too. It's worth the cop.

Damn I never knew that. I do know that Havoc said that Quiet Storm is the one beat he wished he could re-do. Something about the bass line, I think, or some part of it that he wished he could've made better. It was in an old Scratch magazine from 2004, right around the time he did the Why beat for Jadakiss. he also said if he could produce an album for anyone, it would be Jay-Z which I thought was interesting since that wasn't long after the beef.
