Which still would be idiocy, because HEARING A GUNSHOT DOESN'T MEAN YOU SHOULD SHOOT THE FIRST PERSON THAT YOU SEE.
And yet it could be enough to get away with it. Because American laws are written to be different for police officers. According to the laws that these cases are decided by, as long as an officer "feels" scared, he pretty much has open season to shoot whoever he wants.
Brother Mohamed Noor obviously feared for his life because that belligerent white thug gave him a reason to suspect foul play.
How do we know that she wasn't resisting arrest? Let's wait until the details come out before jumping to conclusions and blaming the cop guys. Homie was probably just trying to do his job and keep our communities safe.
