After Floyd became unresponsive, an officer checked for a pulse and said he didn't find one, according to the complaint. Chauvin kept his knee on Floyd's neck for an additional two minutes after that, according to the complaint. The report adds the type of restraint Chauvin used "with a subject in a prone position is inherently dangerous."

Chauvin should have been arrested immediately

No, it's not but we see this trend in every major city...White people moving back from the suburbs into the downtowns they neglected and stopped any type of investment funneling into.

The trend of white people moving into downtown is correct. The trend of current rioting only taking place in white neighborhoods is not true. The trend of rioters ignoring black owned businesses in Minneapolis is not true. Black owned buisnesses in South Minneapolis destroyed and the north where most of them are were also being burned up. To a point the black businesses owners had to arm themselves to protect their property.
