I don't think the young man is dead due to a human error, breh. How can someone who been in the police force for 26 years "accidentally" pull out a lethal fire arm and yell out "taser taser!" and then shoot him. If you ever look at the cop load out belt, you will see that the taser and the service weapon is on the opposite side of the belt. The officer had the fire arm in her hand for atleast 5 good seconds, she should've notice the weight of the gun and give a second glance of it before firing the weapon while yelling out taser.
