i can't rock with the "it was an accident" defense. imo the cop probably didn't care which weapon they were holding. they were shooting lil breh and whatever he got shot with was justified in their mind.
should he have run? no, but we can also agree running shouldn't be a death sentence. especially when we see the disparity with how police are more likely to use more force than needed with black folks compared to any other race.
