Coaches who lose the players from the start/early on in the tenure never stay long in jobs. Especially teams that have high aspirations of winning. While winning games does paper over the cracks but all it takes is a bad run of games or a bad defeat and thats it you lose the players for good/theyve had enough. You either replace the entire roster/get rid of the stars or you fire the coach.
