This started with Terry Stotts, went to their schemes, then their defense, then the players unhappiness and finally the struggles against the Pistons twice was the last straw.

If this was Portland or Washington right now, he would be given more time. Not a contender.

Unfortunately it is absolutely the right decision. Darvin Ham should be 100% be next, but the Lakers FO are not serious like the Bucks.

Guess there is no such thing as tampering when it comes to coaching candidates. They probably been talking to Doc for weeks behind the scenes
What's to stop a team from having a coach with the team all season then firing him right after playoff seeds are locked then bringing him another coach for the playoffs

Like I said when it happened, Stotts abruptly quitting before the season even began was very ominous. No clue why AG would chase him off when Stotts clearly would have helped the transition with Dame.
