it's hard to judge when we don't know what happened behind the scenes. But I hate black men getting fired over some BS. A black coach can't possibly be the coach of a championship team right? I mean at least let Griff coach a full season. Who knows? Maybe the team would have gotten closer during the playoffs. I hate this because Griff may never get another job again. You see what happened to Brian Shaw. He messed up in Denver and never got a HC gig again.
This is my thing too, you give him more time to figure it out. Find out where you are at season's end, it's dumb to me when teams bring you on then can you midseason. Give him time man, their defense was not good but the playoffs don't start tomorrow either. Teams need time to gel under a new coach, I feel for Griff.

I mentioned last night how wild it was they allowed Detroit to be competitive in multiple games. Wasn’t expecting this:whoo:

Expect to have a top defense with Dame brehs. He’s the common denominator

Doc was being groomed

League sources say Doc Rivers, who signed on as an ESPN analyst after getting fired by Philadelphia in May, began to serve as an informal consultant to Griffin at the behest of the Bucks. One month later, multiple sources briefed on the matter now indicate that Rivers is the serious leader for the now-vacant position and the preferred choice of key stakeholders.
