Wilt was a postseason choke artist who could only win on 2 of the ten best teams of all time(67' Sixers/72' Lakers). Other then inflated stats, I'm not seeing what makes him a lock top 5 player

Are you old enough to have seen Bird play(just so that I know who I'm talking to)? In my opinion the only thing that Kobe does better than Bird is play individual defense, and it's pretty much common knowledge that Kobe's defense is overrated. Bird was just a better player. At his best he could score just as much as Kobe but in a more efficient way. He's also a much better playmaker, rebounder, and team leader. Kobe is a great player, but he's the most fortunate of the ATGs. His good fortune has caused him to be overrated.Do tell.

I'll letchu tell it tho, Kobe is overrated, fortunate, a slightly better T-Mac, overall Kobe Bean Bryant is the shyttiest all time great ever he just so happened to magically stumble into lists with all time greats. He's really no different than Manu Ginobili, any bum ass nikka can personally outscore a whole team in 3 quarters.

Yeah as a basketball fan it always amuses me how they just write Larry off. Compare his numbers in his prime (or career) with anyone and watch how he shines. It is what it is. Oh, yeah I saw Larry play.

Kobe is a better player though. Tossup between who's a better overall offensive player but Bryant is a much better scorer. Defensively in their primes it's not even close.
Kobe is also a much more consistent playoff performer and has done it with worse teams. Plus he's got a better resume, and more longevity
