What are you talking about? When Tito wanted Roy he was the best fighter in the world. Tito said after Hopkins Roy was next but he lost. Roy had no real losses when Tito called him out.

Y'all definitely not basing that off competition because Cotto hasn't beaten any healthy elite fighters and no elite fighter in his prime...Trinidad has and multiple at that...
Cottos straps in multiple divisions are also watered down because of who he fought to get them...He got straps from beating a one legged featherfisted Jew and a broken down one legged 39 year old coming off a year of inactivity...Let's also not forget cyclops Margarito (not sure if there was a strap involved)...The last healthy fighter in his prime Cotto fought was Trout and Trout whooped him...

David Reid Had 15 fights when he fought Trinidad, he was not ready to fight a Veteran like Tito, and that's why he got ruined
plus know that we know tito was cheater with the hand wraps, that probably explains how david got his retina damaged in the first place
