Now my replacement device has a battery drain issue. It automatically shuts down at 40%-50%.
They said they can't process another claim since the old claim is still open. I just got the replacement Tuesday and haven't had time to send the old one back yet. I'll do that today.
They want me to do a factory reset and see if that solves the issue. They said it could be a software issue and that a reset might work. fukk that, I'm going to wait until the old phone claim process finishes and then I'm calling back and demanding a new phone.
