This game was definitely the sleeper hit of last year. It's pretty amazing. Also, the persona friends shyt wasn't as bad as Schill Up made it be. It's not great, but it's not terrible. Funny at times even. I will say that while it's hardly better than Persona's system overall, they do one thing better with how you level up your friends in that it's not nearly as limited and very transparent on where you stand with them.

Who are ya'll fav. team members so far. I've still not got Wolverine yet, but have long since past the point when you first get to play as him. I've fought Venom for what feels like the 18th time, lol! Nico and Magik are my gotos and I really like Captain Marvel/America and Blade. I rarely use Ironman, lol. He's shunted in and off the field of battle. So was Dr. Strange, but I've started using him more now. Ghost Rider is just ok to me, but kinda annoying. Spiderman is so fukking clutch too. The Hunter character gets some super good abilities and seems to get the most as well, but I only use her (created a girl; gonna link her up in a bit) on story missions.

Also, another underrated feature of the game that I hadn't even heard mentioned previously is the comic book cover editing. Check out one of mine below, where Blade unexpectedly gets the Captain Marvel attention that he wanted and deserves.

I honestly find social stuff less annoying than Three Houses, but not as good as persona

11 hours in got it after the sale.

It's definitely NOT xcom, has a few similar features and enemies but ultimately nothing like it. I'm not in love with the game but it's interesting enough to hook me and keep playing.

It's made me a fan of Magik in particular, they did a good job of making her moveset fun and making her a detailed and nuanced character, but I don't care for the fake MCU personalities they gave the avengers, they really didn't even need to be in the game. This fake RDJ tony stark is awful

I also wish they gave the created character more customization for his/her moveset. I'd like to pick my own powers rather than them being determined for me

They get the most moves in the game and have a light/dark path of abilities to go from, but I hear you a bit on picking what their actual power would be.

Funny common combat trend I've noticed is that all of the actual Avengers members seem to be more heavily reliant on their heroics meter more than the Suns members. That's interesting.

Caretaker: So you mean to tell me you two have been having secret "emo" meetings where you and two teenage girls go out in the woods for "rituals"?

Doctor Strange and me: :mjlit:
*During my current mission, convo regarding hydra mission*

Captain Marvel: "I have a good feeling about this working."
Blade: *speaking lowly* "I have a good feeling about you."
Captain Marvel: "Huh? What was that?"
Blade: "Uhh...nothing. Booo Hydra"

There is a secret scene late in the game where you can walk in on Blade and Captain Marvel laying up in the forest alone. I assume he smashed.
This game had me laughing at how juvenile they were with the flirtation, nikka opened a whole book club just to get close to her. blade just shoot your shot. :mjlol:
Also Captain America low key :dame: with his attitude towards Blade.
