Except now, it's only not an exclusive if it's not on another console instead of PC.
Timed exclusives on Xbox platforms is more than enough for people who actually game.
And you see more "Sony published" titles on other platforms as well.

Youve been able to stream Xbox games on Android and browser since at least the series x release
